When choosing a marketing package, it’s important to consider the size of your business, the amount of work required, and how quickly you want to scale. If you're a smaller business with limited resources, a package like the Kick-Starter or Power-Up may provide the balance you need, while larger businesses or those looking for rapid growth may benefit from the Full-Throttle package, which offers more hands-on support. It’s also crucial to sit down with your accountant to determine how much you can afford to invest in marketing, factoring in other costs such as website development, photography, videography, and advertising spend. By understanding your financial position, you can choose a package that aligns with your growth goals and budget, ensuring you maximise your return on investment.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the provision of digital marketing services by Amy Who Digital ("we", "our", "us") to the client ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We will provide the digital marketing services outlined in your chosen package: Kick-Starter, Power-Up, or Full-Throttle. Services will be delivered as described, in line with these T&Cs.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Fees: Fees are stated in AUD and exclusive of GST unless otherwise noted.
2.2 Payment Schedule: Payment is required upfront before services begin. For ongoing packages, payments are due at the start of each billing period.
2.3 Late Payments: If payment is overdue, services may be paused. If unpaid after 14 days, the agreement may be terminated.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide necessary information and access (e.g., accounts, website credentials) promptly. Delays or failure to do so may impact service delivery, for which we will not be held liable.
4. Scope of Work
The services in each package are fixed. Additional services requested will incur extra fees, which will be agreed upon in advance.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Your Cancellation: You can cancel at any time with written notice. No refunds will be given for work already paid for or delivered.
5.2 Our Cancellation: We may terminate services if you breach these T&Cs or fail to provide required information, after notifying you in writing.
5.3 Refunds: Refunds are not available for services already rendered. For work not started, refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant service.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created as part of the service belongs to you once paid for in full. We retain the right to use general insights or methods internally, excluding any of your confidential data.
9. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be handled in South Australian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon notification to you. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated terms.
