Portside Christian College

Client Intro

Portside Christian College is a co-educational, interdenominational school which serves the Western suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. The College offers an Early Learning Centre, College for Foundation to Year 12, a Trade Training Centre, and OSHC for over 700 students, employing 147 staff.

Problem Goal

Since 2020 Portside Christian College has been investing heavily in infrastructure including several new buildings and the development of a new local site for their Early Learning Centre.

The complexity and breadth of the schools offerings was not being adequately displayed on their previous website and it's design made it hard to sell each important aspect of the college's benefits.

The College's main way of displaying its features is via School Tours which are held throughout the year. It was imperative that these tours grew with the school in 2023. As the school caters for a wide range of age groups the customers needed a clear experience to see what was on offer for their child.

Solutions

  • Designed and implemented a new school website with dedicated sales pages for each age group.

  • Set up Google Analytics for tracking website performance and customer interaction.

  • Created assets for and implemented Google Ads for School Tours.

  • Improved copy on the website with editing and SEO strategy.

  • Briefed full new commercial photo shoot.

Results and Benefits

  • Increased school tours conversions in the first period after implementing new Google Ads to a new record.

  • Increased clicks-to-call via the new website.
